During my younger years I've been a meditation teacher. This included meditational dance. Later in life I've worked as a mindfulness therapist with parents of diseased children, parents of autistic children and children with special needs. Being a mom with 25 years of experience in a large family with children with special needs and autism forms a good bag of understanding to take with me everywhere I go.
